Deep Storage

Working in conjunction with our Document Scanning Service, Datascan provides Deep Storage for the long term retention of documents that do not require frequent retrieval. Deep Storage is more cost effective than general records management because the Datascan Document Management system is used to retrieve the electronic copy of documents. In addition, scanned documents can be compressed and therefore require less storage space in Deep Storage.
This service is ideal for professionals such as liquidators and other businesses retaining documents for regulatory compliance reasons.
