Q: What are the security features of your Document Management System?

A: DataScan DMS Security Features:
- Secure physical and network hosting in Ireland's largest data centre (Servecentric)
- HP Virtualised hosting architecture with logically separate, and individually fire walled, hosting components
- Private secure point-to-point encrypted microwave links between the data centre and Datascan document scanning premises
- Internally separated client user accounts within the document storage servers with all document intercommunications based on SSH encryption
- All user login credentials are encrypted with one-way encryption algorithms
- All DMS access is logged and all viewed or downloaded document pages are uniquely watermarked, in real-time, for traceability
